I found Flashbay to be very efficient and friendly through all stages of the buying journey. Caroline, who dealt with my quotes, really stood out for being polite, helpful and never pushy. It really felt as though I was emailing someone I knew who genuinely wanted to help and didn't just want to push for a sale. At no point did I feel pressured into buying. She answered all of my questions, was quick to respond and always gave me plenty of information about price, lead time, quantities etc. I initially looked into buying some tote bags from Flashbay, but ended up going with a different company. Caroline sent me a free sample of a tote bag and a product catalogue, and I was impressed enough by the quality that I went on to enquire about the custom water bottles. Again, Caroline was so helpful with this that it lead to me ordering 250 pantone matched bottles that have just arrived and we're really happy with. I'm impressed by the whole service and would happily use Flashbay again.

Our prices always include screen printing in up to 3 colours on all the print areas. Logo artwork for products with this symbol should be provided in a vector format such as .eps, ai, or.cdr. Fonts should be converted to outlines and all colours 'solid', rather than in tones or shades.

Brilliant, high-quality branded water bottles
Nicholas exceeded all expectations with his exceptional communication and impeccable service, ensuring our team received our branded water bottles promptly (in under one week!). He also very kindly shared free samples of the products I was interested in beforehand, ensuring our absolute satisfaction before making a purchase.
In the speedy turnaround of just under one week, our team were delighted to receive 25 water bottles. The quality of the bottles with our branding is outstanding and we couldn't be more thrilled with our new bottles!

Really happy with our custom order!
I had a really great experience speaking with Justin (and sometimes Nick) about my custom water bottle order. Justin was very quick to respond and patient as I had to communicate all of the details with my team. Once everything was squared away and he sent over the mock up, we paid as soon as possible and our order started production that same day! We got it SUPER FAST and I was blown away. It looked exactly like the mock up and I think our customers will be happy with it. Plus the warranty is crazy good! Prices were reasonable, excellent customer service, and overall we're really happy with what we purchased.

Flashbay worked hard for me!
Donovan worked hard to find the perfect water bottle to fit our current boxes. I received a mock up with our logo very quickly along with a quote. Once I placed my order, it arrived quickly and packaged well. The water bottles were even better than I expected and I will definitely order again!
