Max was prompt in answering emails and helpful with the transaction. Your sample presentation is very impressive. The entire process was very easy. He sent me samples that I received within days. We were able to order and the entire transaction only took about a week and that was getting samples, choosing what I wanted and receiving the item. I had prayer. I've previously been researching the items and because it was for a very specific need, not a promotional item. I wanted it to be a quality item and but the one I chose from your company absolutely is and also considering cost. It was well within our budget and also cheaper than what I've found previously for much less of a quality item sold by others.

Exceptional Service, Products, Delivery & Costs
Great products, great price, knowledgeable staff, fast delivery. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. They understood the remit of what we wanted to achieve with our promo items and recommended great solutions. I was quite exacting about how I wanted things to look and I was looked after extremely well, and not made to feel annoying once (when I completely was!)

Exceptional service
I had an incredible experience ordering custom shakers from Flashbay. The quality is top-tier — the logo came out vibrant and clean, and the shakers themselves feel durable and well-made. Huge shoutout to my account manager Ellie, who was exceptional throughout the process. She was patient, professional, and worked with me through multiple design examples until we landed on something I was truly happy with. Couldn’t recommend them more!
