Awesome Service, Great Quality.
My experience with Flashbay was amazing! The service was exceptional from the very beginning. We weren't sure which flash drive we wanted to go with, so they sent out a sample kit (within a day or two) that had all of their flashdrives in it - it was extremely helpful, because you are able to physically see/feel the quality of the flash drives. Matthew helped us out and was great through the entire process. He called to check in to see how things were going and offered help whenever needed. He worked with us on pricing and the final product turned out AMAZING. We cannot wait to show them off and will definitely be placing another order with them when we need more!

Working with Flashbay was an incredibly fast and simple process. Donovan was a joy to work with, his responses were fast and he is a very pleasant person. When I first sent a request for a quote, Donovan took the initiative and went to my company's website and had a design ready to go when he contacted me. My company has very particular software, and Donovan worked hard to ensure the flash drives he provided to us worked well with our systems. During the sales process, Donovan was patient while we made our decision, and was never a typical pushy salesperson. I cannot stress enough how great it was to work with Donovan and Flashbay. Because of Donovan's hard work my company will be placing all of our flash drive orders with Flashbay.

Great product, great service!
We had a great experience working with Melvin at Flashbay who helped us design our custom logo-imprinted USB drives. He had great suggestions regarding the design, sent us an incredible array of samples and was very prompt responding to our questions. Our products were also received very quickly and we are very happy with our order. We look forward to working with Melvin again and ordering additional custom logo merchandise from him.
