Fantastic customer service & Products.
Nicholas from the very moment of making the enquiry was a pleasure to deal with. He contacted me within 30 minutes (it might even have been less) and discussed what I was looking for. He kept me updated regularly. The notebooks came and they are such fantastic quality and such a great price compared to other branding companies I was previously looking to use. I love that they don't need a ridiculous minimum order either like many other companies and still keep the quality to high standard. I will be using Flashbay for our other projects in the future.

We had a Great experience with Flashbay. Matt was great to work with, and he helped us choose the right product. The pens arrived just as we wanted them, and they were well-packaged. Shipping time was amazing. We will be back!

Order for 1200 units, great service and print quality...
We made an order for 300 units of 4 different items and all were accounted for. Print quality is great, with good depth of colour. Out of 1200 units only 1 item had a minor defect which is pretty damn good! Nicholas was a huge help getting everything sorted in time for our event, would 100% recommend!

Pens
I worked with Shelby Gibson. She responded to all of my inquiries extremely quickly and was a great communicator. After a few redesigns, I ended up very happy with my product's look and quality. This was a great overall experience.
