Such a smooth and easy experience from start to finish!
We ordered 250 Clarity pens from Flashbay and had a really positive experience from start to finish. Communication from Adam was excellent throughout; quick responses and clear updates.
The proofs we received gave us full confidence before going ahead with the order. Delivery was also fast, and everything arrived exactly when expected.
The packaging was great too; everything was well-protected and presented nicely.
Overall, a really smooth and reliable service. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Great Service & Quality
Bella was extremely helpful with our order, from the start she was responsive and knowledgeable. Design was completed and approved within days and shipment was out the door a couple of days after PO receipt. Order was received without any issues, quality was great. Professional and efficient from start to finish
We recently used Flashbay to produce branded corporate merchandise for one of our clients and were very impressed from start to finish. As an agency, we’ve worked with many suppliers over the years, and the pre-order service really stood out. Tom called the same afternoon as my initial enquiry and samples arrived the very next day, before we had even formally requested them, which helped us move quickly. The artwork setup and approval process was straightforward, even with a few tweaks along the way. The finished products matched the samples exactly and arrived earlier than expected. Pricing was very competitive too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Best Service Ever
Leslie Marcum was the best person we have worked with in a long time. She was very professional and not pushy at all. This was our first time dealing with Flashbay for promotional items and it exceeded our expectations. From the website to customer service to the art department they worked with us every step of the way. There was clear communication and they made sure we were 100% satisfied. Was so satisfied with the 1st order we placed a 2nd order a week later and now looking to get more from them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
